At SnehaCrafts, we take pride in our handcrafted products. Due to the unique nature of our items:
Returns:
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
